Our consultations, designed to be as unique as your professional journey, offer:
  • Expertise & Collaboration - You know your job like no one else, and we bring our field's expertise to the table. Together, we'll explore how to weave mental health awareness and a trauma-informed approach into your practice.
  • Creativity & Solution-focused Approach - We take the time to understand your concerns and craft a bespoke toolkit and action plan. Our goal is to help you work towards your goals and track your success.
  • Transparency - This is one of our core values. We believe in clear, open communication and frequent check-ins to make sure you're on the right path and aligned with your professional aspirations.

Consultations can be booked individually or as part of our package options - reach out to us for more details!

Mentorship

Mentorship is designed specifically for students or newcomers in a helping profession (less than 2 years of practice). By providing access through a sliding scale, this offering is able to offer similar benefits of professional development than a more experienced worker might seek in consulting.

Through mentorship, you can expect to:
  • Bridge Theory and Practice: We will help you integrate the knowledge from your current studies or field with the principles of trauma-informed, inclusive, and mental health aware practices.
  • Explore Career Options: Have open discussions about potential career paths and share experiences with mentors who are actively engaged in helping fields (*currently offering in mental health professions).
  • Develop Relevant Skills: Some call them "soft" skills - we believe they are what make for strong minded, empathetic and empowered innovators in today's work force. Gain skills in professional confidence, sensitivity, awareness, leadership, mindful decision-making, and care of self.
